Todd Scheid has lived in the Bay Area for over 25 years. He was raised in Danville and attended De La Salle High School. Todd graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a B.S. degree in Political Economies of Natural Resources and a Minor in Conservation and Resource Studies.

Experience

Todd has been a licensed Realtor since 1994. Todd started his career in Real Estate with Pacific Union in Danville. Deciding to relocate to San Francisco for a period of time, he continued his passion for Real Estate by spending 5 years in Facilities Management. Later, Todd expanded his horizons and moved into Software Development and Project Management with Providian Financial and Qiva, Inc. Most recently Todd was a Partner with Empire Realty Associates, Inc. in Walnut Creek. Todd is most excited about his recent move joining the Alain Pinel Realtors team.

Energy

Todd's strengths are his high energy, excellent communication, and strong negotiating skills. After over 27 years of playing competitive soccer, Todd understands what it means to be a team player. His clients really feel like they are on Todd's team. Working well with others has turned out to be an invaluable asset when it comes to negotiating for his clients. A successful negotiator always looks for the "Win/Win" in every situation. Todd is able to clearly communicate how both players will win in order to be successful in his negotiation.
