My training and experience working with those looking to purchase a home or to sell their home has given me a firm handle on the tools of the real estate market and how to use those tools in the most effective manner. An example: One tool is our in-house loan officer who will help pre-qualify you as they walk you through the steps of the mortgage options available at that time.
