Thomas Westfall

Thomas Westfall is a Bay Area native and second-generation California real estate agent. Thomas spent most of his career in the music industry, working with alternative and rock radio focusing on artist marketing and promotion. He's received over 40 gold and platinum awards from the RIAA for his efforts for artists including Radiohead, Linkin Park, the Smashing Pumpkins, Red Hot Chili Peppers and more.

 

Thomas has lived in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Castro Valley and has owned property in every one of them. When he decided to pursue a career in real estate, he chose to come home to the Bay Area in 2004 and begin his real estate career in San Francisco, where he still has a commanding knowledge of the market.

 

Thomas specializes in working with first time buyers and sellers with an emphasis on single-family homes and condominiums. He has always been passionate about real estate and shares that enthusiasm with his clients, both buyers and sellers. Before becoming a Realtor, he was a serial client, and it was the attention to detail and dedication to the business of real estate that convinced him to pursue his passion.

 

Thomas is an advocate of design and architecture with an appreciation for deco, mid-century modern, and contemporary styles, a Bay Area Eichler specialist and current owner of an Eichler home in the East Bay.

 

A two wheel enthusiast, Thomas is a former club championship-winning motorcycle roadracer and professional rider for Kawasaki.   He also enjoys great food and wine and International travel. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast & Electronic Communication Arts from San Francisco State University.
